2. Use of the Website
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or place an order. By using this site, you represent that you are of legal age and capable of forming a binding contract.
Account Security: If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Orders and Payments
Order Acceptance: All orders placed through our website are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in product pricing, or potential fraud.
Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in GHS (Ghana Cedis) and are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure the accuracy of pricing, but errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order.
Payment: Payment for orders must be made in full at the time of purchase through the payment methods available on our website, or upon delivery for Cash on Delivery orders.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) and Priority Deposit
Cash on Delivery: We offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option for eligible orders in Ghana. Payment is collected by our delivery partner at the time of delivery.
Priority Deposit: Customers may optionally pay a priority deposit of GHS 20 via mobile money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, or AirtelTigo Cash) to secure priority processing and faster delivery of their order. This deposit is fully deducted from the total Cash on Delivery amount due at delivery — no additional charges apply.
Deposit Refund: If an order is cancelled after the priority deposit has been paid, the deposit will be refunded to the customer’s mobile money wallet within 5 business days.
Payment Processing: Priority deposits are processed securely through Fidelity Bank Ghana’s Orange Extensibility platform. Proliana does not store or have access to your mobile money PIN or banking credentials.
5. WhatsApp Business Communications
By placing an order on our website and providing your phone number, you consent to receiving automated WhatsApp messages from Proliana related to your order. These messages may include order confirmation, delivery updates, priority delivery offers, and payment confirmations.
Message Frequency: We send messages only in connection with your active orders. We do not send unsolicited marketing messages via WhatsApp without your explicit consent.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of WhatsApp communications at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages or by contacting us at contact@proliana.com. Opting out of WhatsApp communications does not affect your order or any other service.
Platform: Our WhatsApp communications are powered by the WhatsApp Business API, operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. By receiving our WhatsApp messages, you also agree to WhatsApp’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Policy: We will process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors. Proliana is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Proliana are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability
Proliana will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site or from any products purchased from us, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
